Shipping – Only to the USA

We ship all domestic orders through the United States Postal Service which has proven to be very reliable over the years.

To keep shipping cost as reasonable as we can, we utilize the following USPS services on domestic orders:

  • USPS Ground Advantage Mail is used for most small lightweight packages (including painted figures, terrain and scenery, individual game cards).
  • USPS Media Mail is used for most items that qualify including books and game modules. (Magazines, unfortunately, do not qualify for Media Mail.) Our experience has shown that Media Mail offers a good cost alternative and normally arrives nearly as quickly as Ground Advantage Mail (with the exception of around the annual holiday season in December).
  • USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail are used with those products which do not fall under the services above. This includes boxed items, heavier products, and magazines.

We normally ship your package within 1-2 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) after your payment is received.

Once your package has been shipped, we will send you an email verifying that your package is on the way along with a USPS Tracking Number if available.

We are happy to combine multiple purchases into single shipments to save you on the total shipping charges. If you have questions on combined shipments, please contact us.
