Description: The Chance Vought Corsair, single place Navy fighter, was the last propellor-driven fighter made in the US. Unique in appearance with its gull wing, it was designed for carrier operation, but was also flown from Pacific airstrips by Marine Corps pilots. Most of Major "Pappy" Boyington's 28 victories were scored with a Corsair as were most of the kills of the 26 racked up by Captain Joe Foss. Features include:
