Description: The Dornier Do 335 Arrow was one of the
fastest as well as one of the most unconventional aircraft develeoped in
World War II. The plane was powered by two piston engines in a very
unique push-pull combination -- one engine in front and one in the
midsection. The A-6 version was a nightfighter configuration with an
upper cockpit designed for the radar operator. Only 38 of the aircraft
were completed for the Luftwafffe at the close of the war.
